AceTheRound is a trading name of ATR Technologies LTD, a UK-based company providing AI-powered interview preparation to customers worldwide, including the UK, EU, and US.

Account data: name, email, role, authentication data.

Usage data: app activity, device/browser information, log data.

Content you provide: interview responses, uploads, notes, and settings.

Payment data: processed via third-party providers; we do not store full card details.

Support data: messages you send to our team.

Provide and improve the platform, including AI-driven interview simulations.

Personalize prep flows, track progress, and surface recommendations.

Security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and service reliability.

Communications about product updates, service notices, and support.

Compliance with legal obligations and enforcement of our Terms.

We use third-party AI providers (including OpenAI Voice) to process voice and text you submit during practice sessions.

Audio may be converted to text for scoring, feedback, and analytics. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models beyond what providers need to deliver the service.

Do not share confidential or sensitive information in practice sessions.

Performance of a contract: providing the service you sign up for.

Legitimate interests: product improvement, security, fraud prevention. We balance these interests against your rights.

Consent: where required for optional communications or certain analytics/voice features.

Legal obligation: responding to lawful requests or compliance requirements.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and request portability where applicable.

We keep data while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for backup, audit, and legal purposes.

Interview session data may be retained for analytics and coaching history unless you delete your account or request removal.

We operate globally and may transfer data outside the UK/EU. Where we do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Service providers: hosting, analytics, communications, payments, and AI processing (including OpenAI Voice) under contract.

Business operations: advisors, auditors, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Legal: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect users and the service.

AceTheRound is not directed to children under 16. Do not use the service if you are under this age threshold.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk. No system is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post changes here and update the effective date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app.

This interim policy will be replaced when our legal team finalizes the comprehensive documents.
